As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Lead to join our team and spearhead our sales initiatives in the AI and ML space.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives, with a focus on SaaS sales.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets and industries, leveraging our SaaS platform's unique value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and requirements.
- Lead sales presentations and product demonstrations, effectively communicating the value proposition of our AI and ML SaaS solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer success to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development efforts.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to senior management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales, with a focus on technology solutions, preferably in the AI and ML space.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding SaaS sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel as needed.
