**Job Summary**:
The role focuses on coordinating internal departments to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The position requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to drive customer satisfaction and increase sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Internal Coordination**:

- Prepare purchase order requisitions and follow up on materials.
- Coordinate for quality control solutions.
- Ensure proper packing of goods for dispatch.
- Calculate freight and coordinate dispatch of shipments.
- Prepare invoices and ensure quick delivery timelines.
- Manage customer accounts and ensure timely receipt of payments.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Ensure timely updating of records and generate MIS reports.

**2. Customer Interaction**:

- Provide quotations for products.
- Address customer queries related to products or other issues.
- Share shipping information and update customers on in-transit shipments.
- Ensure timely payment receipts as per agreed payment terms.
- Resolve quality-related complaints promptly.

**3. Sales Growth and Customer Retention**:

- Review MIS reports to identify sales trends (product-wise, volume-wise, country-wise).
- Approach customers with declining sales trends to address issues and improve engagement.
- Audit customer websites to identify opportunities for additional product sales.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems for data management and reporting.
- Analytical mindset to interpret sales trends and suggest improvements.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
