**Job Summary**
Pure Cure + Co. : A healthcare company that helps you take charge of your wellness with Natural Ayurvedic Supplements.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Shall be responsible for managing the entire customer experience lifecycle and collecting relevant data points.
- Shall be responsible to create and nurture long-term relationships with customers over the telephone and internet.
- Resolve any issues that arise to ensure customers are delighted.
- Efficiently grasp customer needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them.
- Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. product, operations, senior management) to address customers’ needs.

**Required Experience and Qualifications**
- Past experience in customer care or sales preferred.
- Paranoid towards keeping customers delighted.
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written English and Hindi essential.
- Past experience in Healthcare and Personal care space will be preferred.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
