As a Pre-Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in the sales process by working closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to support the sales team in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and preparing proposals and presentations to showcase our products or services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential leads
- Qualify leads based on specific criteria
- Assist in preparing and delivering product demonstrations
- Work with the sales team to create customized solutions for clients
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects and customers
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a pre-sales or sales support role is preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and articulate product features and benefits effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Adept at multitasking and managing priorities effectively
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

**Salary**: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
