Job description

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Servicing Executive at That Marketing Lady in Mumbai. The Client Servicing Executive will be responsible for client services, client relations, presentations, customer service, and account management on a day-to-day basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Understand clients' business needs, objectives, and target audience.
- Address any client concerns or feedback in a timely manner.
- **Campaign Management**:

- Work with the account manager and creative team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring that deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates and reports.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams (design, content, media, analytics) to ensure campaign goals are met.
- **Project Coordination**:

- Manage timelines and deliverables for all client projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and digital teams, to execute the plan.
- **Problem Solving**:

- Address and resolve any issues that arise during the campaign lifecycle, whether it’s related to creative work, strategy, or client concerns.
- Adapt strategies based on feedback to optimize the campaign's effectiveness.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare performance reports, analytics, and recommendations for clients.
- Track and measure campaign results to demonstrate ROI.
- Provide insights to clients on market trends, customer behavior, and marketing effectiveness.
- **Sales and Upselling**:

- Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or new campaigns to clients.
- Support the sales team in securing new business by participating in client meetings and presentations.

- **Relationship Building**: Building trust with clients and maintaining long-term partnerships.
- **Time Management**: Efficient in handling multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: At least 1-3 years in a client servicing or account management role, preferably in a marketing agency or related environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media management tools, etc.) is a plus.
