**What you’ll be doing**
- Supporting change management and culture services to cultivate a positive, transparent and engaged team across locations in India and UK
- Conduct change impact assessments and skill needs analysis so that we can be data driven and insight led in our change approach.
- Effectively engage and manage stakeholders using human-centered design principles to ensure we inspire, involve and inform colleagues throughout the transformation.
- You will be an active learner that is proactive, and self-driven in the delivery of services to stakeholders and your own professional development.
**Capability**:
- Supporting the skill mapping process or data decisioning
- Executing the specific skill improvement rollout plans and plan internal training maps with BT’s learning resources.
- Supporting logistics for training and certification programmes in alignment with BT’s learning processes.
- Consult with Senior Stakeholders, prioritise and implement highly effective and engaging learning solutions for learning interventions in line with project mission.
- Establish & track transformation metrics.
**Culture & Engagement**:
- Incentivizing the right behaviours and driving us forward to a cohesive culture that is colleague - centric.
- Program delivery for Communication, Feedback and Recognition oriented change impact initiatives
- Design and deliver internal communication packages like newsletters, storyboards and videobytes.
- Planning and creating colleague engagement connects and events both in virtual and in-office mode.
- Conversing with leaders and promoters to drive cross-team collaboration initiatives.
- Forming and enthusing the colleague groups to drive inter-team positive connections.
