Understand the requirement after going through the customer documents like purchase order (PO), Data sheet (DS) and Specification requirements and capture them in the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and raised red flag if there is any deviation or Conflict. _
- Attending the Pre-Inspection Meeting (PIM) with Customer and finalizing the project requirements. _
- Ensuring 100 % Compliance with respect project specification requirements and Zero Non-Conformance (NCR) from the Customer/ Customer Nominated Third Party Inspector (TPI) on product conformity _**_. _**
- Should have the knowledge of Quality management system requirements like ISO 9001-2015, API Spec Q1. _
- Should have the qualification of ASNT Level II in Nondestructive Testing’s (NDT) including Dye penetrant Inspection (DPI), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Radiographic Testing (RT) and Ultrasonic Testing (UT) _
- Should have the knowledge of Product Design standards (American Petroleum Institute) such as API 600, API 623, API 594, API 603 & ASME B16.34 _
- Should have the knowledge of International Standards such as American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), The American Society of Mechanical Engineering’s (ASME), _National Association of Corrosion Engineers International (NACE) & Manufacturer’s standardization society of the valve and Fitting industries (MSS SP) _
- Should have the knowledge of customer specific standards such as Material and Equipment Standards and Code _**( **_MESC), Saudi Aramco Material system specification (SAMSS), Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) Etc. _
- Should have the knowledge of material such Carbon steel (CS), Alloy Steel (AS), Martensitic stainless steel (MSS), Stainless Steel (SS), Duplex Stainless Steel (DSS), Monel & Inconel. _
- Should have the knowledge on the Heat treatment process like Normalizing (N), Normalizing & Tempering (NT), Quenching Tempering (QT), Solution Annealing (SA). _
- Should have the knowledge of product Testing standards such as API 598, EN 12266 and MSS SP 91.**_Coordinating with Customer / Customer nominated Third party Inspector and for the below activities and ensure clearance /Acceptance on time _**
- **_Casting offering:

- _Visual Check of castings (Body, Bonnet/Cover) as per MSS-SP-55. _
- _Verification of marking details foundry identification, Size, class, material, Heat no, MPI No & RT details. _
- _Note down the Heat details, MPI, RT No & Preparation of Visual offer list with reference to SAP, Customer PO, and Approved GAD & ITP. _
- _Verification of MTC, MPI Report, RT Report for Heat no correlation and customer specific requirements (Eg : IGC Test, Impact) with reference to Customer Spec & Approved ITP. _
- _Visual offering to TPI and RT film offering and get wetted of all the TC & Reports and circulating the scanned documents to TPI and internal Department’s. _
- **_Dummy Shell offering:

- **
- _Ensure internal tested ok of dummy assembled body & Bonnet/Cover. _
- _Verification of visual offered castings are assembled for Dummy offering _
- _Preparation of dummy shell offer list. _
- _Select the samples and move the valves to respective test stands. _
- _Before offering visual check of damages shall be verified and reworked before offering. _
- _Finalize the offer list and get wetted of offer list and circulating the scanned documents to TPI and internal Department’s. _
- _After dismantling of body & Bonnet/cover shall visual checked and other customer requirements also verified and released for FBE Coating process.- **_In progress inspection: _**
- _In progress offering details to be informed to respective planner to make readiness. _
- _Move the items for internal Qc check once accepted and same shall be coordinated with TPI and cleared. _
- _It involves DP/MPI castings offering, Overlay components (disc/Seat ring) Hardness, PMI, Thickness check. _
- Maintain stage offered details for all the project orders against each line item to eliminate the excess offering (E.g.: POEPIR). _
- **_Hydro offering:

- **
- _Based on the inspection call, verify the availability of final approved/Commented documents of ITP, GAD, WPS/PQR, Testing procedure are without major comments. If any major comments/Hold will be informed prior to SCD/CMT team. _
- _Preparation of Hydro offer list and circulated to 101 Team to provide the valves for offering, circulated to Varaha Team to prepare the documents as per ITP. _
- _After sample selected by TPI, Move the valves respective test stand for Internal re-test shall be checked if any leak found the valve shall be moved concern prod line. _
- _Retested valves shall be visual, MOC, orientation of Gear unit/actuator, and correctness of suitable actuator shall be verified prior loading of valves. _
- _Co-ordinate with LSTK & AOC Inspectors to complete the valve testing (Shell test, back seat test, Hydro & Air Seat) _
- _If Gas test is applicable, move the valves to GAS Test and same shall offered to both inspectors. _
