**Job description**
**TELE SALES EXECUTIVES REQUIRED URGENTLY**
We are looking for enthusiastic Tele Callers / TeleSales Executive in Chennai to contribute in generating sales for our company. An effective TeleSales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills.
**Responsibilities**
- Handle Inbound & Outbound sales calls with a positive attitude & should be Goal oriented
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them of products and services offered by the company
- Answer queries about products or the company.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Generate and schedule promising leads and appointments for the direct sales team.
- Leads follow-up. Convert Leads to Site Visit.
- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
- Suggesting solutions based on customers needs and requirements.
- Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner.
- E-mail Communication
**Requirements**:
- Work experience as a Telesales Executive, Telecaller, TeleMarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Good time management abilities. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Hard-working individual. Ability to manage stress and pressure.
**Eligibility / Qualifications**
- **Age Limit**: Between 20 to 30 years.
- **Education**: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) (required) / Bachelors (preferred).
- **Ability to commute/relocate**: Maraimalai Nagar Chennai, Tamilnadu Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required).
- **Languages**: Fluent Hindi & English is a must. Hindi, and Malayalam (preferred).
**Salary & Supplemental pay types**:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
