Job Summary:
*Responsibilities:*
1. Source, attract, and recruit healthcare professionals including but not limited to nurses, physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.
4. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
5. Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to proactively meet current and future staffing needs.
6. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and establish recruitment strategies.
7. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on interview techniques, selection criteria, and best practices.
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the healthcare industry.
3. Knowledge of healthcare terminology, regulations, and best practices.
5. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
7. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques.
Familiarity with healthcare-specific recruitment challenges and trends.
Previous experience working with healthcare professionals and understanding of their unique needs and preferences.
