Customer Relationship Executive

**Job Title**: Customer Relationship Executive (Service)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, promotions, and dealership services to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs, preferences, and budget.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Proactively reach out to existing customers to promote service offerings, maintenance schedules, and seasonal promotions.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to identify areas for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in customer service, or a related role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse customer demographics.
- A passion for automobiles and a willingness to continuously learn about new products and technologies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and multitasking abilities.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
