**RESPONSIBILITIES**
**HR Administrator Duties**
**Employee Relations**:
- Organise, coordinate, and execute monthly cultural activities and events, fostering a vibrant workplace culture
- Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback and support employee relation initiatives.
- Manage employee data, including contracts and benefit letters, ensuring accurate filing
**Administrative Support**:
- Prepare and maintain HR documents, including employee records, contracts, and correspondence
- Manage and update employee databases and HR systems with accurate information
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes, including Jira service desk maintenance and background verification checks
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance
- Exercise due diligence in handling sensitive/confidential information
- Participate in recruitment activities, including CV reviews, psychometric surveys, and interview support.
**Office Manager Duties**:
- Take ownership in maintaining the office space and ensuring provision of equipment
- Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring smooth office operations
- Demonstrate a proactive approach to office improvements and a willingness to learn
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries
**DESIRED BEHAVIOURS & COMPETENCE**
- Prior experience in administrative/office management roles, preferably in a tech company
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Passion for People & Culture with high enthusiasm
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Attention to detail & ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong willingness to learn
- Enjoy organizing events and presenting continuous ideas for improvements without hesitation
**NICE - TO - HAVES**
- Knowledge of the local language (Kannada)
- Experience with Analytics is a plus
- Previous work in a tech environment ideal
**QUALIFICATIONS/TECHNICAL SKILLS**
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field (HR, Business Administration, Operations, or Analytics) preferred
- Proficiency in Gsuite/Microsoft Platforms, particularly Google Calendar
