Job Description :As People X partner at Company you will-● Responsible for the end to end employee life cycle in SCM facilities in the state● Partner with Operational managers to create a culture that supports businessgrowth.● Performing data analysis and reporting solutions based on business needs● Proposing HR initiatives in line with business objectives of business● Supports HR deliverables and guiding unit HR for sourcing and hiringstrategies, performance management, compensation, employee relations &engagement etc● Conducting periodic review to measure the HR deliverables.● Planning and supporting day-to- day operations as well as on-going processimprovement.● Own employee Net Promoter Score & Employee safety .● Consulting with line management and providing daily HR guidance &Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.● Partners with the legal department & vendors ,maintains in-depth knowledgeof legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees,reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.● Performs other related duties as assigned.

We are not just building apps or tech platforms,but rather building distributed ecosystems connected through intelligent technology that canchange the face of the food and grocery consumption pipelines in India, forever, for the better.An ideal candidate for this role is someone who has-● Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles & practice of HR includingemployment law & compliance requirements.● 4 to 6 yrs of experience in similar role ,preferably in e-commerce supply chain .● Super motivated, go-getter, willingness to go on ground.● Ability to interact with different functions - operations / finance etc.● Ability to handle a team of 3 to 5 members.● Basic data handling skills and excel skills; ability to set processes on the ground.
