**Responsibilities**:

- Resolving customer complaints & queries brought to your attention under a specific timeline through mails and chats.
- Manage and drive sales team target and performance.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives so that they can bo converted into sales.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in outbound chat/mail process.
- Excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
- Should have Computer skills, MS Office, Chat Support.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
