- **Reporting (Biz Analyst Tool)**:
- Regularly use Biz Analyst tool for reporting.
- Analyze data for decision-making and strategy improvement.
- **Dealer Follow-up**:
- Structured follow-up system with dealers.
- Address queries and gather feedback.
- Maintain strong dealer relationships.
- **Lead Generation**:
- Develop strategies to generate new leads.
- Target potential clients to expand customer base.
- **Lead Conversion**:
- Implement tactics to convert leads into sales.
- Focus on high conversion rates.
- **Payment Collection**:
- Streamline the payment collection process.
- Ensure smooth transactions.
- Reduce outstanding payments.
**SENIOR SALES & MARKETING Asst Manager**
- **Team Leadership and Management**:
- Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing mentorship and training.
- **Strategy Development and Execution**:
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Align team objectives with overall business goals.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Oversee and enhance client meeting schedules and processes.
- Ensure the team understands and addresses client needs effectively.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.
- **Dealer Partnerships and Management**:
- Lead initiatives to strengthen dealer relationships.
- Oversee dealer meetings, concerns resolution, and product updates.
- Implement and monitor efficient dealer collection systems.
- **Product Management and Launches**:
- Direct the planning and execution of new product launches.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities.
- Oversee emergency product delivery procedures for optimal customer satisfaction.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:
- Utilize the Biz Analyst tool and other resources for data-driven decision-making.
- Lead the analysis and reporting process for sales and marketing insights.
- Guide the team in using data to improve strategies and operations.
- **Dealer Follow-up and Relationship Maintenance**:
- Ensure a structured and effective follow-up system with dealers.
- Lead efforts to address queries, gather feedback, and maintain strong relationships.
