Key Responsibilities:
Ø Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and business objectives.

Ø Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure a deep understanding of their requirements.

Ø Create and execute recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent

Ø Facilitate the offer negotiation process and assist in finalizing offers.

Ø Stay updated on industry trends and labour market conditions to provide valuable insights to clients.

Ø Conduct market research to identify salary benchmarks and competitive compensation packages.

Ø Provide regular progress reports to clients, sharing insights and data related to the recruitment process.

Ø Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualification and Skills:
Ø Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

Ø Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on non-IT positions.

Ø Strong understanding of the non-IT industry and the specific skills and qualifications required for various roles.

Ø Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ø Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.

Ø Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ø Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Ø Exceptional interviewing and assessment skills.

Pay: ₹4,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Non IT Recruitment: 3 years (preferred)
