Job Title: Immigration Counsellor (Sales)(Canada &Australia PR)

Location: Thrissur, Full Time, On-Site

Timing: Mon-Sat(9.30am to5.30pm)

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Immigration Counsellor (Sales) to join our team. The Immigration Counsellor (Sales) will play a pivotal role in attracting new clients and expanding our client base while providing exceptional service and advice to individuals seeking immigration solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
2. Consultative Sales: Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to understand their immigration needs, explain our services, and recommend appropriate solutions.

3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by providing personalized guidance and addressing their questions and concerns.

4. Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients, effectively conveying the benefits of our services.

5. Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.

6. Market Research: Stay updated on immigration trends, regulations, and changes to tailor sales strategies accordingly.

7. Follow-Up Maintain a consistent follow-up schedule with leads to nurture them through the decision-making process.

8. Documentation: Accurately document client interactions, inquiries, and sales activities in our CRM system.

9. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the immigration counseling team to ensure a seamless transition of clients from the sales phase to the counseling phase.

10. Client Education Educate clients on immigration processes, requirements, and timelines.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

2. Minimum of 1 year exp in sales, preferably in the immigration or legal services industry/any other MNC’s sales/automobile sales/student counselling(educational courses).

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong negotiation and closing skills.

5. Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7. Knowledge of immigration laws and procedures is a plus.

8. Multilingual skills may be advantageous.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
