**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Producer located in Chandigarh. As an Executive Producer, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and supervising the production of multiple TV shows, movies, and other content. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring and managing the creative team and ensuring the smooth realization of the vision of each project. Develop and implement content strategies aligned with Pitaara TV's brand identity and target audience.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in television or as an Executive Producer or in a similar role in the entertainment industry
- Thorough understanding of the entire production process from conception to post-production
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a creative team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all stakeholders
- Familiarity with Punjabi cinema and the Punjabi entertainment industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Film Studies, Broadcasting, Media Production, or related field

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
