**Job description**:
As a Sales Executive for the CTM service, you will be responsible for promoting, selling, and supporting Transcorp's Cash to Master (CTM) service to shipping companies and agents. You will play a key role in ensuring funds are delivered efficiently to vessel masters, supporting their operational needs in Indian ports.

Key Responsibilities:
**Business Development & Sales**:
Identify potential clients within the maritime and shipping industries and promote Transcorp's CTM services.

Generate leads, build relationships with shipping companies and agents, and close sales deals.

Educate clients on CTM services, highlighting the convenience and security offered by Transcorp for fund deliveries to vessels.

**Client Relationship Management**:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, and providing information on the CTM process.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Monitor client needs and ensure prompt, accurate responses to requests or issues.

**Operational Coordination**:
Coordinate with internal teams and Authorized Dealers for the smooth transfer of funds to vessels.

Ensure compliance with RBI and regulatory requirements in the CTM process.

Monitor fund transfers to ensure timely and secure delivery to vessel masters in USD.
