1.Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization to increase website and other social media platform rankings and drive organic traffic

2.Manage and curate content for the social media platforms to engage the targeted community.

3.Create creative campaigns for different events on a regular basis and Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns.

4.Social media platforms including websites to be kept live and interactive at all times by providing constant content through updates, posters, reels, testimonials, event updates, post event videos and other forms.

5.Host paid campaigns or promotions on selected content to successfully reach target audience on a bigger scale

6.Majorly enhance brand awareness, drive web traffic, and acquire leads/customers/donors/devotees

Offline / Direct Marketing

1.Coordinate events to promote participation and community involvement.

2.Cultivate positive relationships with local communities, fostering a sense of belonging.

3.Stay informed about cultural and upcoming trends to tailor marketing approaches accordingly.

4.Offline strategies to be tailored as per the new buzz and lead towards successful branding

Overall:
1.Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the visibility, footfalls and donors.

2.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align marketing efforts

3.Maintain a strong online and offline presence to reach a diverse audience.

4.Uphold the values and traditions of the organization while adapting marketing strategies to contemporary trends.

5.Provide regular updates and reports on marketing activities to the leadership team

6.Monitor and manage online reviews and reputation by promoting positive experiences.

7.Branding, Reach to bigger community, keeping us alive on social media platforms and increasing the visibility, footfall, donors.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Lead generation: 3 years (preferred)
