Let’s talk about the role

Reporting & Insights - 30%- Develop a deep understanding of the digital assets, pathways, consumer behaviour and articulate key insights that drive optimizations.- Develop robust site analytics dashboards for different user journeys to derive insights into consumer experience and digital marketing initiatives (e.g., by channel, source, demographics, language, country, customer segments, etc.)- Democratize the usage of web data; socialize easy-to-understand data visualizations and insights.- Responsible for understanding stakeholder ad-hoc data requirements and converting them into reporting deliverables, such as data visualization, dashboards, and reports compiling information from various sources.

Web Platforms Analytics, Testing & Optimization - 60%- Collaborate with the technical team on digital assets (i.e., features, functionality, multivariate testing tool) and the data Science team on data initiatives (i.e., recommendation / sorting algorithms), informing the business and/or customer impact of features and functionality changes.- Proactively recommend test ideas, test hypotheses, and primary / secondary success metrics- Co-create, monitor, and analyze experiments and compliment eye to details refinements for branding and customer experience.- Develop and implement customized HubSpot solutions and POCs- End to end approach right from requirement gathering, to business case and final deployment.- Operationalize the access to data, dashboard and critical insights - and conduct training to empower teams to self-serve the data and dashboard they need.- Understanding of digital asset optimization and health score reporting. Provide recommendation and support changes for the optimization and improvement of asset performance.- Maintain best practices for digital assets for performance and analytics.

Training and Development - 10%- Coach, train and mentor teams, providing feedback as required.- Assist in the development and documentation of best practices for improving operational efficiencies within the digital analytics team.

**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related analytical field.- 6+ years of experience working in CMS platform, preferably on HubSpot- Experience architecting & designing solutions- Hands-on experience in web/digital analytics and optimization tools such as HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Optimizely, Tableau, etc.- Experience in developing and implementing HubSpot solutions.- Hand-on experience with A/B and/or multivariate testing including knowledge of testing methodologies and evaluation techniques.- Proficiency in querying and analyzing large data sets using SQL; R/Python experience is an asset.- Working technical knowledge of markup languages such as XML, JSON, HTML, CSS, and JS- Ability to implement web and mobile analytics best practices.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
