Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide architecture delivery guidance across multiple teams and actively drive solution alignment between Marketing, Product, Program Management and Operations
  • Act as solution design lead for large, complex or mission Digital Personalization experience critical projects and initiatives that require crossteam collaboration
  • Define and implement business rules and operating model to maximize the marketing team effectiveness and autonomy withinthe ShareFile DX Ecosystem
  • Manages vendor relationships with content and digital asset management vendors (e.g. Adobe, Wordpress VIP, , Cloudinary) as well as A/B testing (e.g. Nelio)
  • Define & maintain marketing technology reference architecture and technical roadmap in alignment with our product and marketing strategy and technical architecture
  • Conduct ongoing market research on latest trends and research new vendors to expand capabilities across marketing technology.
  • Play a vital role in architecting global customerfacing Marketing technology
  • Drive, maintain and submit Security Review for new and existing marketing technology Stack
  • Meet with legal and compliance team as a cadence to stay within compliance
  • Represent architectural perspectives and needs during crossfunctional roadmap development. Proactively seek and drive alignment with multiple Product Managers or primary Business stakeholders; Ensure that product/business solutions align to organizational technology strategy
  • Work in partnership with Marketing to define KPIs to measure success
  • Implements strategic goals established by functional leadership
  • Establishes operational plans for job area with shortto midterm impact on results (e.g., 12 years)
  • Responsible for improving upon existing processes and systems using significant conceptualizing, reasoning and interpretation
  • Requires ability to communicate with executive leadership regarding matters of significant importance to the organization
  • Typically, responsible for managing large, complex project initiatives of strategic importance to the organization, involving large crossfunctional teams
  • Responsible for implementation and execution of designs, including development oversight, guidance, and hands on involvement in creation of the solution. Must be willing to roll up sleeves to support the delivery and work to develop solutions in addition to architecting them

Your Superhero Uniform Includes:

  • Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience; or Masters degree with 8 years; or PhD with 5 years of experience.
  • 7+ Years demonstrating a high degree of proficiency in designing and developing complex, high quality enterprise solutions on cloudbased architectures or a combination of cloud and onprem.
  • 5+ Years of Experience delivering or architecting marketing technologies such as CMS, DAM, decision engines etc. (e.g. Adobe, Acquia, Wordpress VIP, , Cloudinary, Nelio)
  • Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) (e.g. Amperity, Adobe Experience Platform, Acquia, Segment) and data management platforms (e.g. Snowflake)
  • Experience with data enrichment vendors (e.g. DemandBase, D&B, ZoomInfo, etc.) and integration methods
  • Experience architecting digital personalization experiences across multiple channels inclusive of Marketing Automation (e.g. Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot), CRM, and product analytics and segment technologies (e.g. Pendo)
  • Hands on experience in architecture and design of marketing and data platforms (e.g., Adobe, Acquia, Salesforce, Google, Oracle).
  • Experience with some or all of Acquias MarTech stack (Acquia CMS, Acquia DAM, Acquia CDP, Acquia Campaign Studio, Acquia Personalization, analytics)
  • Knowledge of agile project delivery methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to lead through others

  • Full-Stack development experience a plus but not required Java, Spring, UI frameworks like Angular, React and DB technologies
  • TOGAF certification is a plus
