As a Paid Media Buyer, you will take the reins on the strategy and execution of a high-value portfolio of accounts. You have extensive experience across multiple channels and a big-picture marketing mindset. Building relationships with your team and clients takes precedence over everything else. As the key point of contact for your portfolio of clients, you will directly liaise with clients and execute campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
- Conduct thorough market research and audience analysis to identify target segments and opportunities.
- Create and optimise ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve click-through rates and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Utilise data-driven strategies to optimise ad spend and ensure maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and effective.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve campaign goals.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to continuously improve campaign performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of agency experience in paid media buying, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent understanding of PPC, CPC, CPM, CPA, and other advertising metrics.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and performance tracking.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
