Sales Executive

**Skills Required**:
- Develop and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Understand each client's business objectives, challenges, and requirements to provide personalized solutions and support.
- Proactively engage with clients to anticipate their needs, identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and address any issues or concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment between client expectations and company offerings.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing guidance on product usage, best practices, and industry trends.
- Monitor and analyze client satisfaction and feedback, taking proactive measures to enhance the customer experience and drive retention.
- Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to maximize revenue and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide valuable insights to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, meetings, and agreements using CRM software.
- Participate in regular training and professional development activities to enhance product knowledge and customer relationship management skills.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a minimum of X years in customer relationship management or account management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client issues and challenges.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior experience in the staffing industry is preferred.

Pay: ₹9,356.89 - ₹35,453.89 per month
