Manage team of executives handling policy servicing related requests
- Interdepartmental follow up and coordination for Customer Request handling
- Meet the targets laid down by the reporting supervisor
- Follow the laid down quality/ accuracy benchmarks
- Adhere TATs to resolve requests
- Vendor Management/ Billing and Recon
- PS related communications management
- Data collation and MIS generation
- Product and System development/ UAT Key Performance Indicators:

- Timely Delivery of all regulatory, statutory and periodic (daily/ weekly/ monthly) MIS and reports for the Customer Care team.
- Good in analytical skills
- MIS reporting

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹11,363.71 - ₹18,452.11 per month
