Customer Service Representative

1. should be able to handle inquiries, provide product/service information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
2. Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone on receiving calls.

4. Investigate and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally. This may involve troubleshooting technical problems, facilitating returns or exchanges, or escalating complex issues to higher levels of support.
5. should be able to educate customers about company product
- features, usage, benefits, help with app installation etc.
6. Accurately document all customer interactions, transactions, complaints, and resolutions.
7. Solicit feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and relay this information to relevant departments within the organization.
8. Staying updated on product/service offerings, industry trends, and customer service best practices to provide informed assistance to customers.
