**Minimum Qualifications**: Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in fields related to Clinical Research or similar

**Desirable Qualifications**: Experience working at clinical sites and first-hand interaction with patients is a plus

**Essential Skills Required**:

- Strong fluency, both written and oral, in English and Kannada is mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to build effective relationships with clinicians and investigation site staff.
- Strong knowledge about clinical study procedures and ethics protocols
- Knowledge about and/or experience working with biomedical devices is a plus
- Good organizational and administrative skills
- Basic knowledge of Biostatistics / statistics in clinical studies is a plus
- Knowledge of randomized clinical trials principles, methodology, and procedures.

**Task**: The selected staff is expected to
- Capture clinical data at site, with adherence to study protocol.
- Verify adequate compliance with the investigation protocol, including visits to multiple clinical sites.
- Research and develop clinical study protocols.
- Perform regular research (including face to face interactions) in the field and participate in spreading healthcare awareness among women.
- Writing visit reports, filing, recording information, and collecting study documentation.
- Perform other job-related duties as needed and assigned.
- Participate in the identification of potential investigators / contract research organizations, clinical sites, and centralized services such as clinical laboratories; assess qualifications and experience in relation to proposed research activities, and participate in final selection.

**Commitment Required**: Minimum 12 months, starting as soon as possible.
**Remuneration**: INR 12,000 to INR 25,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications) + Performance Bonus

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
