**Job Title**: TPA RMO (Resident Medical Officer)
**Location**: Greater Noida

**Experience**: 3-4 years (preferably in TPA and Ayushman Bharat filing)

**Education**: MBBS from a recognized institution
**Salary**: 40k
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Responsibilities**:

- **Patient Management**: Oversee and manage patients' medical needs and coordinate with departments to ensure timely medical interventions.
- **TPA Coordination**: Handle the Third-Party Administrators (TPA) for insurance claims, documentation, and approvals.
- **Ayushman Bharat Filing**: Manage the filing and processing of claims under the Ayushman Bharat scheme, ensuring timely approvals and accurate documentation.
- **Clinical Duties**: Attend to patient consultations, perform necessary medical procedures, and provide emergency care when required.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate patient records, including treatment and medication details, to ensure proper follow-up and audits.
- **Medical Liaison**: Act as a liaison between patients, TPA coordinators, and the hospital administration to ensure smooth processing of insurance claims.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with consultants, nurses, and administrative staff to provide high-quality care to patients.
- **Emergency Response**: Be on-call for any emergency medical situations and provide immediate medical assistance.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with hospital policies, insurance guidelines, and medical protocols.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of TPA and insurance processes
- Familiarity with Ayushman Bharat scheme documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations in a clinical environment
- Proficiency in medical record-keeping and documentation

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
