Rmo (Tpa and Ayushman Filling)

**ob Title**: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

**Experience Required**: 3-4 years in TPA and Ayushman Filing

**Location**: Greater Noida, Dadri location

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide medical care to inpatients, ensuring the highest standards of healthcare delivery.
- Oversee patient admissions, daily rounds, and treatment updates.
- Manage and facilitate TPA claims, including accurate documentation, timely submissions, and coordination with insurance companies.
- Handle the Ayushman Bharat scheme filing process, including patient verification, documentation, and claim processing.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination between patient care and administrative activities.
- Monitor and update patient medical records in compliance with hospital policies.
- Assist in medical emergencies and ensure that proper medical protocols are followed.
- Ensure all regulatory and legal requirements are met, particularly related to insurance claims and government health schemes.
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- MBBS from a recognized institution with a valid medical license.
- 3-4 years of experience in hospital administration, with specific expertise in TPA and Ayushman filing.
- Strong knowledge of the Ayushman Bharat scheme, its processes, and eligibility criteria.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in healthcare software systems is an advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
