- Provide comprehensive training and technical support to end-users on the effective use of mobile apps, Power BI reports, and other ERP functionalities.
- Develop user documentation and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer and adoption of new technologies.
- **Stakeholder Communication and Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, external vendors, and service providers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring alignment of ERP initiatives with organizational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **_Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred._**
- **_Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in ERP system management, mobile app development, and business intelligence/analytics._**
- In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and proficiency in implementing and customizing ERP modules.
- Extensive hands-on experience in mobile app development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter) and proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Swift, or Kotlin.
- Strong expertise in Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms, including data modeling, visualization, and DAX querying.
- Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive change, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Certifications (preferred)**:

- Relevant certifications in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) and mobile app dev
