A leading infrastructure company in Aurangabad is looking for **Senior Steel Structural Designer.**

**Experience Required**: Min. 4 years

Location: Aurangabad

Education: BE civil/ ME structures/ Mtech structures

**Salary**: 5 to 7 lacs per annum

**Skills**:

- Fluency and skill in the CAD.
- Well versed with Indian standard of loading and design of steel strutures.
- Proficiency in Office, STAAD and/or Tekla.
- Excellent communication skills verbal as well as written; listening, comprehension, and feedback.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform analysis and design of steel structures using design softwares based on inputs provided. Deliver a optimised design considering factors such as durability, sustainability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead a team of designers and engineers in the development of structural designs for diverse projects. Ensure the delivery of error free, high-quality, safe, and innovating solutions.
- Take ownership of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Review project requirements and architectural/ GA drawings to develop detailed structural design plans and specifications. Ensuring design compliance with relevant Is codes, safety norms etc.
- Oversee the preparation of construction documents, drawings, and calculations. Preparing the same as and when required.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including architects, construction professionals, and clients, to achieve project objectives. Address design-related queries.
- Stay updated with new design methodologies, and emerging technologies to implement best practices and innovative solutions in structural design

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
