About the job

You will be working with our Marketing Department to create visually appealing and engaging content that showcases our brand's fashion-forward approach, attracts our target audience, and drives user engagement across various social media platforms. In addition, you will contribute your styling skills to enhance our brand's aesthetic and overall visual identity.

Key responsibilities:
1. Directing external or internal talent while working on any piece of content creation
2. Acting/Performing in front of a Camera for all kinds of Content Marketing & Social Media Marketing Projects
3. Ideate, develop and execute creative content strategies that align with the brand's vision and target audience
4. Create visually appealing and engaging content, including images, graphics, videos, and other formats
5. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars
6. Monitor social media performance, analyze data, and optimize content to drive user engagement and results
7. Stay updated on current fashion trends, events, and industry news to create timely and relevant content

Note:
1. Strong knowledge of fashion trends, styles, and aesthetics, with the ability to create unique and innovative designs
2. Experience in styling outfits and coordinating fashion shoots

1. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Communication, Fashion Design, or a related field

2. Strong background in design communication or fashion-related fields

3. Being well-versed and comfortable with being in front of a Camera

4. Creativity and a passion for creating engaging and visually appealing content

5. Proficient in creating various visual content formats, including but not limited to images, graphics, and short-form videos

6. Excellent understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices

7. Ability to adapt and create content tailored to different platforms and their unique requirements

8. Basic videography and video editing skills to create compelling fashion-related video content

9. Work closely with the marketing team to understand brand objectives and align content concepts with the overall marketing strategy

10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

11. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners

12. Graphic Design Software: Proficiency in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

13. Video Editing Software: Familiarity with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

14. Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint tools

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,64,000 - 3,00,000 /year

Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%

2. Variable component: 10%

3. Other incentives: 10%
