**Company Overview**

We are seeking an **Advanced Investment Tools Instructor** to create engaging instructional content for YouTube. The position offers a **revenue share** based on the income generated from the video content over **one year**. The commitment is **2 hours per day** dedicated to creating, recording, and delivering the course material.

**Position Summary**

The **Advanced Investment Tools Instructor** will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality, comprehensive video content that covers advanced tools used in investment strategies and portfolio management. The content should cater to learners ranging from intermediate to advanced levels who wish to deepen their understanding of investment tools, data analysis, and decision-making techniques.

**Responsibilities**
- **Course Development**: Create and deliver **2 hours per day** of video lectures on advanced investment tools and strategies, including but not limited to tools for **technical analysis, quantitative analysis, financial modeling**, and **portfolio optimization**.
- **Video Creation**: Produce high-quality, clear, and engaging instructional videos that teach learners how to use advanced investment tools to make informed financial decisions.
- **Comprehensive Content**: Develop structured lessons covering complex investment concepts, software tools, and methodologies used by professionals in finance and investment sectors.
- **Engage Learners**: Actively respond to learner queries in the video comments or community forum, providing insights and addressing any challenges related to the material.
- **Content Updates**: Continuously improve and update course material to reflect the latest trends and developments in the field of investment and financial tools.
- **Best Practices**: Ensure that the instructional materials follow best practices in finance, investment theory, and risk management, maintaining the integrity of the content.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Expertise in Investment Tools**: In-depth knowledge of advanced investment tools, including **technical analysis platforms (e.g., TradingView, MetaTrader)**, **financial modeling software (e.g., Excel, R, Python)**, and **quantitative analysis tools**.
- **Educational Background**: A strong background in **finance, economics, investment analysis, or a related field**.
- **Experience in Finance/Investments**: Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, investment strategies, or working in a professional finance setting.
- **Teaching or Presentation Experience**: Ability to create and deliver educational content in an engaging and understandable format, especially for complex topics.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex investment concepts for a diverse audience.
- **Time Commitment**: Ability to commit to **2 hours per day** for content creation.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Advanced Degree**: A **Master’s or PhD** in **finance, economics, or related fields**.
- **Professional Certifications**: Certifications such as **CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)**, **CMT (Chartered Market Technician)**, or **FRM (Financial Risk Manager)** are highly preferred.
- **Industry Experience**: Extensive hands-on experience with investment tools and financial modeling in the professional investment field.
- **Experience with Online Education**: Familiarity with delivering online content and working with digital platforms like YouTube, or other e-learning systems.
- **Quantitative Analysis Experience**: Knowledge in using **R, Python, or MATLAB** for financial analysis and risk management.
- **Content Creation Experience**: Experience with video production, editing, and using instructional design techniques to enhance learning.
