**Responsibilities**:

- Develop structured and comprehensive curriculum content for online ballet classes, covering technique, choreography, terminology, and musicality.
- Conduct live or pre-recorded instructional sessions focusing on ballet fundamentals, including barre exercises, center work, and combinations.
- Provide personalized feedback, guidance, and encouragement to students to improve their ballet skills and technique.
- Choreograph dance sequences and routines suitable for different skill levels, ensuring they are challenging yet achievable.
- Organize periodic assessments or evaluations to track students' progress and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a ballet instructor or professional ballet dancer.
- Strong proficiency in classical ballet techniques and terminology.
- Excellent communication and demonstration skills suitable for online teaching.
- Ability to create engaging and instructional content tailored to diverse learners.
- Proficiency in using online teaching tools and platforms for effective instruction.
- Enthusiasm for ballet and a desire to inspire and nurture students' passion for dance.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
