- How you will make a difference:
As the Entity Management Team Paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Entity Management operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve overseeing the signature process for legal documents, managing legal files, and reviewing various legal documents to ensure Entity Management complies with all relevant regulatory, and legal requirements, promoting adherence to applicable policies and procedures at all times. This position requires a proactive individual with strong document and process management skills, exceptional organization, and excellent communication abilities.
- Manage the signature process for legal documents in an efficient and timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
- Oversee and maintain organized legal files, ensuring proper documentation and accessibility using company software platforms.
- Review and analyze legal and financial documents, including amendments and vendor redlines to contracts, while ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal guidelines.
- Execute document and process management tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively with legal teams and stakeholders to streamline workflows and meet deadlines.
- Assist in legal research, data collection, and the preparation of legal documents as required.
- Communicate with key stakeholders and manage third party services vendors when necessary and as instructed.
- Structuring and managing company POAs.
- Keep company records updated:
- Validating Directors, Officers and Powers of Authority/Attorney.
- License information supports business needs.
- Support Audits from local authorities.
- Licence Renewal and Legal documentation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- What will make you stand out:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5+ years’ experience in an office environment.
- Business sense and financial literacy
- A working knowledge of governance and company entity matters.
- Strong experience of having worked in a global business environment.
- Experience in managing third party service providers to deliver requests.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity and attention to detail.
