Client Support Executive

**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a customer service or client support role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Empathy and patience when dealing with client inquiries or complaints.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software.
**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and troubleshoot client issues or concerns, offering solutions or escalating to the appropriate department if needed.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively address client inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth transition.
- Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement in our products, services, or support processes.
- Handle client complaints or conflicts with patience and empathy, aiming for satisfactory resolution.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex client issues and improve support processes.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and best practices in client support.
Pay: From ₹10,500.00 per month
