Client Support Executive

**Job Summary**:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Documentation cum Client Support Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, as well as providing exceptional customer support to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Documentation**:
- Develop comprehensive and user-friendly technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and instructional materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and understand product features and functionalities
- Ensure that documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and consistent with industry standards
- Continuously review and improve existing documentation based on feedback and evolving product requirements
**Client Support**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support requests
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to clients, addressing their questions and concerns effectively
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products or services
- Maintain a deep understanding of our offerings to provide knowledgeable and relevant support
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and follow up until resolution
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions in the support system
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Any Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality documentation
- Knowledge of technical writing principles and documentation best practices
- Proficiency in using Ms - Office and Zoho
- Experience in client support or customer service role (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,500.00 per month
