**Job Description**:
We are looking for people who are skilled in visual storytelling, able to produce compelling assets that drive engagement and conversions, and adept at using data to iterate and improve campaign visuals.

This role will focus on developing high-impact visual content for our paid social media campaigns, including static images, videos, and animations.

This is a 6 month contract in-office role

**Responsibilities**:
- Design and produce various social media assets, including static graphics, animated GIFs, and both short-form (5s) and long-form (1 min) videos.- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm visual concepts, themes, and strategies for social media campaigns.- Iterate design concepts based on performance data to enhance campaign effectiveness.- Ensure all graphics and visual content align with our brand identity and communication standards.- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through completion.- Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design and social media landscapes.

**Requirements**:
- Proven graphic design experience with a strong portfolio in digital and social media content for paid media ads- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).- Experience in creating motion graphics and video editing.- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snap) and what drives consumer engagement.- Ability to interpret performance data and make informed decisions to optimize visual content.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with remote teams.
