**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Support**:
- Assist the founder in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and data to support strategic decisions.
- Manage and track the execution of strategic goals, ensuring alignment across the organization.
**Administrative and Operational Support**:
- Manage the founder’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel.
- Handle correspondence on behalf of the founder, ensuring timely responses and discretion.
- Organize and maintain files and records related to the founder’s office.
**Communication and Liaison**:
- Act as a liaison between the founder and other executives, staff, and external partners.
- Coordinate communication strategies and messages from the founder’s office.
- Manage internal communications projects, ensuring clear and consistent messaging aligned with the founder’s vision.
**Project Management**:
- Lead and coordinate projects as directed by the founder, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Collaborate with various departments to implement projects and initiatives.
- Monitor project progress and report updates to the founder.
**Leadership and Team Collaboration**:
- Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure that all relevant documents are prepared in advance.
- Support the founder in leadership activities, including staff mentoring and development initiatives.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment across the organization.
**Event Planning and Management**:
- Coordinate and manage special events and functions for the founder’s office.
- Arrange logistics for board meetings, executive retreats, and other high-level gatherings.
**Financial Oversight**:
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for the founder’s office.
- Ensure all expenses and reimbursements are processed in accordance with company policies.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior management role, ideally within a fast-paced, tech-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work closely with high-level executives and manage a diverse team.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
