**Job Title: Sales Personnel - Smart Parcel Locker Systems (Huge Residential Complex)**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target large residential complexes, including apartment buildings, condominiums, and gated communities, as potential customers for our smart parcel locker systems.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to engage with property managers, homeowners associations (HOAs), and developers, showcasing the benefits and value proposition of our solutions.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and site evaluations to understand the unique requirements and constraints of each residential complex.
- Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to customize proposals and solutions tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Coordinate product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops for key stakeholders to illustrate the functionality and benefits of our smart parcel locker systems.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, ensuring a seamless implementation process and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies related to package management and smart lockers.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
- Understanding of residential complex operations, including package management processes and challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
