**Customer Support Executive**:
At Cedarwood we treat both our teachers and parents as customers, your primary responsibility is to ensure customer delight. Some of the tasks that you’ll be doing are listed below;
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Schedule the classes and trials on LMS, by coordinating with the sales team and the teachers.
- Update new enrolments in the system and verifying their entries.Maintaining the class count in the backend.
- Updating teachers schedule on calendly as and when required. Assisting and coordinating with sales & teachers for smooth operations
- Assisting management in various data processing
- Sending fee reminders to parents and keeping a tap of their classes.
- Upselling to the existing base to buy more and more courses
- Serve as a channel to convey feedback to and from teachers to parents.
- Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars. Assisting and supporting management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar field.
- Previous work experience as a customer service executive (preferably in the Edtech industry)
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Hands-on experience working with a CRM/ERP, MS Office or accounting software.
- Laptop and good speed internet connectivity
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Work timings : 10:30am
- 7:30 pm, Mon to Saturday**

**Location: Delhi/Pune (Work from home)**

**Remuneration: as per industry standards**

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
