**Job Title: US IT Recruiter**

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across different states.
- Act as a strategic partner to clients, providing insights into the market and talent landscape.
- **Recruitment Process**:

- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- **Vector VMS Experience**:

- Possess hands-on experience with Vector VMS or similar Vendor Management Systems.
- Navigate and manage the recruitment process within the Vector VMS platform.
- Ensure compliance with client-specific processes and guidelines within the VMS.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the placement process.
- **Metrics and Reporting**:

- Track and report on key recruitment metrics.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for enhancement.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter, with a focus on Information Technology positions.
- Proven experience in dealing with clients across various states.
- Hands-on experience with Vector VMS or similar Vendor Management Systems.
- Strong understanding of the IT industry and technology stacks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Education**:
Bachelor's degree or a related field is preferred.
