133DIETICIAN

133.1Inspects food preparation and serving areas, equipment and storage facilities.

133.2Responsible for records and reports concerning technical and administrative operations, such as number of meals served, menus, analyses of the service and costs.

133.3Reviews orders for therapeutic diets required for patients.

133.4Advise patients regarding the diet therapy to be applied during and subsequent to the treatment.

133.5Plans basic menus considering such factors as variety, season of year, availability of foods, known food preferences of the group nutritional and caloric content, and food costs.

133.6Estimates number of people to be served and computes quantity of food to be prepared to insure that individual portion is in conformance with the dietetic standards.

133.7Prepares daily menu and portion specification orders for guidance of the staff and inspects the prepared food for adherence of the standards.

133.8Implements work standards and monitors compliance by the outsourcing agency.

133.9Develops and monitors compliance sanitation procedures to be followed in the kitchen, and personal hygiene requirement consistent with the institutional rules.

133.10Observe the appearance and personal habits of the staff to detect deviation or violation.

133.11Interviews patient regarding their food habits and preference.

Supervised by : Manager - Dietetics

Qualification : Graduate with Diploma in Dietician with 2~ 4 years of experience

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
