**Job Summary**

PACKING & DISPATCH EXECUTIVE

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Dispatch planning as per Work order received

Determine types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required according to work orders or specifications.

Dispatch the material timely as per the customer requirements

Maintain files and records of customer requests, work or services performed, charges, expenses, inventory, and other dispatch information.

Check the detail of the order, delivery advice and schedule before dispatch

Keep close control on packing handling and storage

Good knowledge of inventory management & associated logistics related to dispatch

**Qualifications and Skills**

Minimum Graduation

Minimum 2 Year Experience in packing & Dispatch in Manufacturing industry (except pharma or brewery industries)

Handling the manpower skill and leadership

Good Command in MS office and Tally

Minimize the customer complaint

Soft spoken

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
