The LMS Administrator role involves overseeing the organization's Learning Management
- System (LMS), ensuring its efficient operation, and facilitating user access as needed. The
- responsibilities also include developing and managing content within the LMS, including
- courses, modules, and assessments.
- Administrator or in an equivalent role with prominent Learning & Development companies.

**Requirements**:

- Should have worked in prominent Learning/eLearning development companies or
- their projects.
- Customer support and training for client LMS Administrators for the support desk.
- 1-3 years of experience handling several LMS like Moodle, SumTotal, Cornerstone,
- Adobe Connect, Saba, etc.
- Should have experience in content creation, deployment, and course uploading.
- Should have a thorough knowledge of e-learning course packages like SCORM 1.2,
- SOCRM 2004, HTML or Web version, and XAPI.
- Should have mínimal experience working in PHP and backend programming of
- Moodle or any LMS environment.
- Assists with upload/publishing and testing of e-Learning source files in the LMS,
- troubleshooting related issues.
- Strong understanding of the various processes/phases in the learning development
- lifecycle.
- Should be able to maintain deliverable deadlines amidst changing requirements.
- Experience working in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be a plus.
- Logical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work in a team environment and take the initiative individually.
