**Job Title**: Business Development Executive - IT

**Department**: Information Technology (IT)

**Experience**: 3 -5 years in IT Sales

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
❖ Setting goals and developing plans for the business development and developing strategies to meet those goals and revenue growth.

❖ Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.

❖ Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

❖ Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.

❖ Generate leads and qualify potential clients.

❖ Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

❖ Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.

❖ Mapping each prospect's journey through the sales cycle, visualizing progress and identifying bottlenecks.

❖ Accessing and utilizing sales collateral, presentations, and proposals efficiently.

❖ Strong data entry and record-keeping skills.

❖ Experience with using search functions and filters to access relevant information efficiently.

❖ Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences

❖ Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings

❖ Producing reports for management.

❖ Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying the integration of new ventures with company strategies and operations.

❖ IT skills, including the use of spreadsheets.

❖ Enhances the organization’s reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests.

**Skills Required**:
❖ Proficiency in English.

❖ Market knowledge.

❖ Communication and negotiation skills.

❖ Ability to make records and reports

❖ Maintain the relationship with the Customer

❖ Time management and planning skills.

❖ Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- BA/BBA in business administration or a related field

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
