**Job Opening: Executive-Backend Relationship**

**About the role**

We are seeking a Executive Backend Relationship reporting directly to the Sales Head. Person will work with the Sales Team on everything under the sun related to sales activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform market analysis and research on the competition
- Assist in sales activities (e.g. Doctor out-reach, Outreach OPD, direct mail, and web)
- Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Monitor all sales channels and social media platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
- Prepare SOP for the patient from India and Abroad
- Help with the planning and hosting of sales events
- Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content
- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from sales campaigns
- Coordinating collaboration with Embassies and various corporate collaborations
- Prepare Sales presentation

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Hospital Management or a related field
- Knowledge of Local Language(Kannada)
- Ability to multitask and take initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Preferred from Hospital Background
