**Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Executive Support**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications and inquiries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the Director, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- **Leadership and Coordination**:

- Collaborate with departmental leaders and team members to support the execution of strategic initiatives and projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional meetings and activities, facilitating communication and alignment across various departments.
- Take on leadership responsibilities as assigned by the Director, including overseeing special projects and leading teams to achieve specific objectives.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Compile, analyze, and present data to support decision-making and performance evaluation.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate key metrics and trends to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains based on data analysis and insights.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors.
- Represent the Director in meetings and events as needed, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all participants.
- Serve as a liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- **Strategic Planning and Execution**:

- Assist the Director in developing and implementing strategic plans and initiatives to achieve organizational goals.
- Contribute to the development of departmental budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor progress against strategic objectives and provide regular updates and recommendations to the Director.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in [relevant field]; advanced degree or certification preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools; experience with project management software is a plus.
