**Job Summary**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Participate in all aspects of the sales cycle.
- Identify key decision-makers and build strong relationships with customers.
- Develop existing accounts and new prospects, negotiate contracts, and close new business deals while working closely with the technical recruiters.
- Maintain high level of customer satisfaction leading to additional business and referrals.
- Good knowledge of IT Sales and/or Staffing Sales.
- Establish, develop, strengthen and maintain relationships with people at all levels of the target accounts.
- Good communication skills required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating business generation activities; developing customized targeted market strategies.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and vendors also address their needs effectively.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions; responding to client requests for proposals, NDA and RPO model related documents.
- Collaborating with business and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
- Collaborating with management on business goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short and long -term business development plans.
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour.

**Key Performance Indicators**
- Out bound new clients (RPO Model) / On-boarding new partners
- Establishing partner network and various business/solutions integrations
- Market reach and brand awareness
- Support to channel partner network if required

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to develop strategies for the successful introduction and growth of different offerings and to implement these strategies.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
- Strong in Presentation skills and tools
- Strong communication skills

**Qualifications**
- Experience with RPO Model related Business
- Ability to deliver presentations effectively
