Aboutthe Role: RPOAssociate

Asan RPO Associate at GRE Renew Enertech you will play a vital rolein supporting the recruitment process outsourcing activities forthe organization. Your responsibilities will include sourcingscreening and coordinating recruitment efforts in collaborationwith internal teams and externalpartners.

Responsibilities/Duties:

• Interviewingcandidates and screening resumes to determine who should be invitedfor inpersoninterviews
  
• Coordinatingall aspects of the hiring process including scheduling interviewschecking references and preparingcontracts
  
• Recommendingcandidates for positions based on their qualifications experiencelevels and cultural fit with the companyculture
  
• Preparingreports detailing the status of open positions candidatesqualifications reasons for disqualificationetc.
  
• Coordinatingwith hiring managers to schedule interviews schedule orientationsand prepare candidates for newpositions
  
• Researchingcandidates backgrounds to ensure they meet minimum qualificationsfor theposition
  

Requirements

BasicQualifications

• 2years recruiting experience across multipleindustries
  
• 4yearcollege degree or equivalentexperience
  
• Outstandingverbal and written communicationskills
  
• Exceptionalorganizational and analyticalskills
  
• Demonstratedhistory ofsuccess
  
• Abilityto handle highvolumeaccounts
  
• Fierceand competitivespirit
  
• Basiccomputer skills including Msoffice.
