Key Responsibilities:
**Administrative Support**:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action items.
**Project Management**:
- Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Maintain project documentation and track progress.
**Office Coordination**:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-functioning work environment.
- Liaise with various departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
**Confidentiality and Compliance**:
- Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and executive matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
**Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent the executive team professionally in all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Pay: ₹11,422.49 - ₹20,000.00 per month
